VETERAN AGCORE LLC is the legally registered business entity. We conduct business, marketing, branding, and customer communications under the trade name Veteran AgCore. References to “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our” throughout these Terms refer to VETERAN AGCORE LLC, doing business as Veteran AgCore.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit our contact form, or opt in to our SMS/text messaging program. By submitting your phone number and opting in, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

We do not knowingly collect information from, or send text messages to, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that a minor has opted in, we will remove their number from our messaging program.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from VETERAN AGCORE LLC, doing business as Veteran AgCore. These communications may include, but are not limited to:

Services

Veteran AgCore provides land clearing services in about a 90-minute drive from Saint Charles, Missouri and surrounding areas. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time; final pricing may vary based on site conditions and scope agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
